Dublin-born actress Franciosi made a big impression on viewers and casting directors alike when she played the teenage neighbour of the serial killer played by Jamie Dornan in BBC 1's The Fall in 2013.

Shortly after her appearance in the critically acclaimed programme, the Trinity College graduate was cast in Ken Loach's Cannes Competition film Jimmy's Hall and has also been seen in BBC series Quirke this year. Franciosi, who speaks Italian, French and Spanish fluently, will be back on the small screen again in 2014 starring in the second series of The Fall.
